We recently had a salaoja renovation and had to tear down our old terrace, so now we need a new one.
- The surface for the new terrace is 20m2 and it is marked in the attached floorplan. If possible, attach a quote for a terrace with curvy edge (as in the floorplan) and one for straight edge.
- The foundation blanket, crushed rock/gravel, and the 5cm thick betoni tiles are already in place.
- There are two sewer holes that may need to be accessible by maintenance, for instance, by keeping a part of the terrace without screws.
