Add two windows, a door and a wall/screen to make the small terrace area winter ready. The roof also needs to be repaired. The terracelinks the house to the washroom and coming back from the sauna in the rain or snow isnt fun so we would like it enclosed.
One window must swing outwards and the other can also swing or slide. The roof is that lightweight plastic that lets light through but its old and cracking and will need replacing.
