I am writing to inquire about the architectural services for Omakotitalo or Paritalo house project at Loppi City, which I am planning to undertake as a family project on two plots. I would like to learn more about your process, costs, and everything in between.
At this point I need a consultation regarding the drawing, initial details and cost for a house project over an approximate area of 100m². My focus lies on the architect's plans and collecting the necessary drawing for building on the plots.
This is my 1st project, therefore, I don´t possess sufficient knowledge or background when it comes to the necessary requirements to start a house-building project, hence, it would benefit me to have a comprehensive discussion on everything from scratch.
