Tarjouspyynnön kuvaus

This is a 2011 two floor rivitalo with 102 m2, the wooden lankkuparketti floor area is about 70 m2, there're no damage on the floor, and I want to sand a layer off, and paint it with slightly lighter color, and jalkalistat/lattialistat paint into white. The current floor color is dark yellow, same as the jalkalistat. Would be nice to start the work on 1st of December.
