We would like to make two changes to the three detached houses (at westendinkuja 27-29) of which the designs were completed and the houses were only built the first floor due to a bankruptcy.
So we want two changes as follows:
1. Wall material change (because of the material dispute with the subcontractor of the bankrupt company)
Similar ICF blocks but 3cm thicker will be used.
2. Remove all skylights from the house and balcony
What would be your offer for such design work for an architect and structure engineer?
The original design company is under restructuring and risky to work with. Besides, the offer is too high to accept.
