Hello!
I am looking for a supervisor (Vastaava työnjohtaja) for the small villa construction project in South Savo between Mikkeli and Puumala. I live permanently in the capital area of Finland since 2000 but still speaking English well enough or Russian natively. Puhun suomea vähän... So the key requirement for this position is English communication skills as minimum, Russian is the best option.
My profession is Project Manager in the system integration area so I hope I will be a clear and correct customer for this position. I am going to build small villa for myself as a second house near by Saima lake. At this moment I have in my hands a draft design of 65A (villa) and AT 29 (garage) constructions from Kimara in two options of walls 135 and 180 mm. On this stage I need assistance from some professionals to complete formalisation of all different parties involved into this project:
1. The main and general required job is a construction permit preparation and all subcontractors coordination during the whole project which I wish to complete until end of 2022.
Other options mentioned below should support the option 1:
2. Villa's and garage's base preliminary design and its cost calculation including construction and digging job.
3. Heating system design with a list of all required components.
4. Air cooling system design with a list of all required components.
5. Plumbing system design with a list of all required components.
6. Electrical supply system design with all required components.
The best candidate is a person who speaks english (or/and Russian) and able to manage all jobs listed above. Acceptable option is a supervisor (Vastaava työnjohtaja) job only (opp. 1) including the coordination of all other parties during all stages of the project.
