I have no problem with the work done, but I was dissatisfied because I was charged extra for the service. The agreement of the service was 75e (for which he initially was saying I had to pay 79e, but I refused since the quotation I was sent was 75e, and then he said he fixed the hook for 10e extra and asked me to pay 85e in total; something I hadn't budgeted for. I feel he still needed to overcharge me, which is why he insisted I pay extra for the hook. Because I don't understand why you charged so much, but the things you ought to use for the service, the customer still needs to pay for it separately..come on. If that is always the case, please ensure you tell your customers in advance that the quotation price might change due to one reason or the other. My husband felt I was ripped off, and I was not happy with the outcome of this service. But I would still recommend it because it was a flawless installation.
