Moving van with driver

Hi there, - Hoping to get a quote for a moving van with a driver. We are happy to do the lifting ourselves :) - Planned start (can be adjusted) : 9:30 - 10:00 am - It'd be great if the van came with a ''wheelie'' that could be used to move larger items such as the washing machine - Most items will be in boxes - Largest items to be moved: washing machine, dishwasher, sofa bed, IKEA shelves (flat-packed), dining table and bench, two chairs, childrens bed (flat packed), bike, two wooden chests, two large plants (the rest are small) - big plus: if you're able to include dishwasher installation, please feel free to include that in your quote :)
