Backyard deck about 20 m²

Asiakkaan kuvaus työstä

I am interested in having a patio (backyard deck) built at my home in Oulu and would like to request a quote for the project. The patio dimensions are approximately 540 cm by 365 cm (about 20 m²). I am considering using treated wood, but I am also open to recommendations for suitable materials that withstand the Finnish climate. Could you please provide me with: 1. An estimated cost breakdown (materials and labor) 2. Expected timeline for completion 3. Information about any warranties or guarantees on your work 4. Whether the project qualifies for the Finnish household renovation tax credit (kotitalousvähennys) If possible, I would appreciate scheduling consultation to discuss details further. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.
