we wish to open a door way in living room 130cm width × 210 cm height; in weight bearing or a structural wall of a building " inside a living room in kerros talo " we would need an engineer to give us the exact measurement and calculations for opening a door way and allowing a double door to be installed .
what is needed to be provided for the engineer to give us a drawing plan in order for the builder to proceed and how much would the engineer charge for such work ? is there any other material or information of the actual wall or building that needs to be provided beforehand? thanks.
