This is an old farmhouse that has been well taken care of. We are searching for an insurance for the main building (about 200 square meters) built in early 1900 as well as the sauna built in 1970 and the outhouses (aitta) built in the 1950ies. All buildings are used during summer time. All buildings have a roof made of tin (pelti katto). There is cold water coming in to the main building from a well nearby (only used in summer times), and to the sauna the cold water is being pumped to the sauna by hand. The house usually is being warmed up by stoves in summer time, but there is also electric heating in the mail building. The electricity cables were renewed in 1990ies.
