New Drilled Well (Porakaivo)

I have recently purchased a property at Kelloniemi 2a, Posio (coordinates: 66.046214, 28.464603). The existing shallow concrete ring well (approx. 4-5 meters deep, 4 meters from the lake) has a significant iron problem. I am looking for quotes for a new deeper drilled well (porakaivo) to get better quality groundwater. I would appreciate a quote including the following options: Recommended depth and expected total cost (all-inclusive: drilling, casing, pump, installation, VAT) Estimated timeline Any challenges due to local geology Experience with iron-rich water in the Posio/Kuusamo area Winter preparation / frost protection recommendations I use the house seasonally: early spring (1-2 weeks), mid-August to end of September, autumn, and some weeks in winter.
