I'm looking to buy an apartment, but the asbestos situation is unknown in the kitchen or floors. The wet rooms of the house were recently renovated and some asbestos was found in the sauna and top floor water pipes. This apartment has no special notes attached. The kitchen is around 1. 5m wide, perhaps 3-4sqm total. The floor of the apartment would be around 28sqm.
I'd like to know what an estimate could be for asbestos removal. Both an average, low and high.
