Building a loft in a hobby room

The aim of the project is to build an 11 square meters loft in a hobby room. The work involves: - moving a portion of gyproc wall to increase the space (wall length 3 m) - building the mezzanine / stairs - building additional portions of false ceiling to hide existing pipes/cables - moving a trapdoor giving access to a small storage area - Preparing/painting walls/ceiling in the room (the room is 30 sq meters / ceiling height 4.3 m) - adding a wooden floor ( about 40 sq meters) - some electrical work (moving the place of some sockets and adding 5 extra sockets) I can provide detailed plans upon request.
