Building a loft to an office

The aim of the project is to build a loft/mezzanine in an office. The loft is to be used as a part of the office space but just for photo shooting what it means it will be used for 3 to 5 people max at a time. I have a personal non professional drawing with the measurements of the office room. Part of the materials are already in the office, 90mm and 110mm by 3 meters wooden "columns" metal angles and some long screws. The work involves: Cutting the material, attaching to walls to create the frame and to build the mezzanine floor and stairs at a 45 degree angle, preferably steel base. To make calculations to make sure the loft complies with building regulations and safety. The loft must stand mainly on its own legs (columns), to provide more stability due to the material (wood and not metal) Fixing to the floor is possible. I can provide detailed plans/drawings upon request.
