Demolition of the fireplace in the attached photo. My apartment is a paritalo with 1 floor and 1 attic, so the fireplace chimney goes through the ceiling and the attic before reaching the roof. The work includes:
1. Dismantle the fireplace, the pipe, and the chimney on the roof, with a proper protection of everything else in the house.
2. Remove all the waste in the process and the fireplace.
3. Patch the roof, the ceiling, and everything else caused by the removal of the fireplace chimney pipe (I can provide the ceiling wood planks and the roof tiles).
4. Remove the tiles in front of the fireplace and after that, level/patch the floor so that the floor could be patched with the same wood as in the rest of the floor (installing the new wood floor in the place is not included).
In the offer, please give price for each of the tasks.
